Dublin Style - for clarity, the letters are always black with color options for the dotted border and background pattern. On the Order Form, enter your dot pattern color choice as the Color of Letter and enter your background color choice as the Background/Shadow Color .

Peacock Style - the background is white and can be stitched in any color. Select a darker color for the body of the letter and enter it in the Color of Letter space. Choose a lighter color for the plumage and enter that as the Background/Shadow Color.

It is a personal choice and there is no defined etiquette rule, however, if you select this option, the last name initial will appear larger than the first and middle name initials. This technique is also used for couple's monograms where the last name initial is centered between the first initials of the bride and groom to illustrate their union.

You will need to order a canvas no smaller than the 11" x 11" size and complete the special request section of the Order Form - additional fees apply.

Photo canvases are more complex needlepoint projects and we have found that too much detail is lost when a photograph is printed on our smallest size canvas.

Absolutely, The Pink Pumpkin will convert your paper image or photo to digital format for a $10 fee. Send us a duplicate photo - we can't guarantee the safe transit of original photos or images, as they could be damaged or lost in the mail.

No, custom orders are not refundable. The Pink Pumpkin personalizes your order to your specifications and does not accept any returns or exchanges on orders.

The Pink Pumpkin takes great care while creating our products; however, if we make an error in the manufacturing of your canvas, we will happily expedite a reprint and the canvas will be reshipped within 14 days, or if requested, a refund will be provided for that item.
